Instore Purchases

Products purchased from an Amart All Sports store may be returned to any Amart All Sports store across Australia for a refund and/or return. Unfortunately in store purchases cannot be returned to the Website store, however the Website Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with exchanging your purchase where possible.

Refund / Exchange without a receipt

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Amart All Sports may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item. In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, Amart All Sports will only provide you with a Gift Card to the current value of the of the item.

On-line Purchases

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, amartallsports.com.au is happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund and exchange. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.

Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to amartallsports.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

Returning a Standard Item

  • Complete the Returns Slip on the back of your delivery invoice and place inside the return package.
  • Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
  • Items may also be returned to your local Amart All Sports store.
  • As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped
  • If you wish to contact our customer service team to discuss your return please phone us on 1300 001 229 or email us on orders@amartallsports.com.au.

Please Note: If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee. Alternatively, if you wish to avoid a courier fee please visit your nearest Amart All Sports store for a refund (Excludes PayPal payments) or exchange.

Returning a Bulky Item

  • Complete the Returns Slip on the back of your delivery invoice and place inside the return package.
  • Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.
  • Items may also be returned to your local Amart All Sports store.
  • To contact our customer service team to discuss your return please phone us on 1300 001 229 or email us on orders@amartallsports.com.au.
  • Our customer service team will arrange for your item to be picked up by a courier.

IMPORTANT

  • The return must be received by amartallsports.com.au within (14) Fourteen days from dispatch.
  • Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by amartallsports.com.au.
  • If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact the amartallsports.com.au Customer Service team on 1300 001 229 or email us on orders@amartallsports.com.au, to confirm if your return can be accepted.
