TERMS AND CONDITIONS - AMART ALL SPORTS WEBSITE QUESTIONNAIRE PROMOTION (“Promotion”)

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry into the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. The Promotion commences on Friday 27th August at 9:00am (AEST) and all entries must be received before Friday 17th September at 5:00pm (AEST). (“Promotional Period”)

3. To be eligible to enter, customers must go onto the Amart All Sports website: www.amartallsports.com.au and fully complete the Website Questionnaire including their name and email address and they will automatically go into the draw to win the prize.

4. A limit of one questionnaire per person will apply. Any participant who applies more than once will have all questionnaires apart from their original deemed invalid.

5. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees of the Rebel Group Limited and their immediate families, associated agencies of the Rebel Group Limited and companies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

6. The draw will take place at 10.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 22nd September at Unit A, 75 Carnarvon Street, Silverwater 2128. The winners will be notified by email and their details will be published on the Amart All Sports website: www.amartallsports.com.au and in the Australian on Friday the 24th of September.

7. Prize: There are 2 winners in total and each winner will receive the following:

• (a) 1 (One) $250 Amart All Sports Gift Card.

The total maximum prize pool is valued at a retail value of AU$ 500 (inclusive of GST).

8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever any prize winner does not or is not able to take any prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, a second chance draw will be held at 10.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 12th January at Unit A, 75 Carnarvon Street, and Silverwater 2128.

9. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

10. The Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

11. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner/s may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

14. All winning entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may potentially use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.

16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
